Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the booking of and participation in training camps organised by Dagestan Training Camp LLC (EIN 61-2352819), hereinafter the "Organiser".
2. Booking and deposit
Payment of the deposit (€200 for the 2-week camp, €400 for the 1-month camp) constitutes a firm booking and full acceptance of the Participation Requirements and of these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
The deposit is deducted from the total price of the camp.
3. Final payment
The full price of the camp is due no later than one (1) week before the start of the camp, unless explicit prior written agreement from the Organiser.
Failing payment within this deadline, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the booking, the deposit being retained.
4. Refund policy
The deposit is non-refundable, except in the following specific case:
- Visa refusal despite at least two (2) serious and documented attempts by the participant.
The camp fee is not refunded, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
- Injury of the participant, occurring before or during the camp, preventing continuation of training.
- Decision by the participant to leave the camp before its scheduled end date, for any reason.
5. Participation requirements
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Hold a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the end of the camp.
- Be in good physical condition and adequately prepared to handle the intensity of the camp.
6. Liability
Combat sports involve inherent risks. The participant acknowledges being fully aware of these risks and participates at their own responsibility. We strongly recommend taking out health and accident insurance covering sports practice abroad.
7. Force majeure
The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of cancellation or modification of the camp due to force majeure (health situations, governmental decisions, exceptional weather conditions, etc.).
